1.) Make sure Adobe Reader is installed on your computer.  If you do not have it, you may download it here Get Adobe Reader




2.) Find the appropriate form(s) on icegolfacademy.com, and download.

On Internet Explorer web browser

3.) Once downloaded, open with Adobe Reader.  Fill out the appropriate information, then Click "Sign", then "Place Signature".  This menu will come up to the left, choose "Use an Image".  This will prompt you to take a photo of your signature and upload to the document.

4.) Once you Place your Singature, Click "Signed. Proceed to Send".  You will then "Save a Copy" to your computer.  This is the easiest way to keep a copy yourself and not need to setup an email client.  Once the copy is saved, follow normal email procedures and send to enroll@icegolfacademy.com.
